All our handcrafted products are made with utmost care. Please allow 8 to 14 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and delivered.
Note: Delivery time may vary slightly based on location and courier operations.

🚚 Shipping Details:

• Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message.

• Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.

• We do not guarantee delivery on or before a specific date, especially during peak seasons like Rakshabandhan, Diwali, etc., though we try our best.

📦 No Return / No Exchange Policy:
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please make sure to review your order details carefully before placing it.
In case of any issue with a damaged or incorrect product received, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video proof.

📮 Shipping Charges:

• Shipping is free on all prepaid orders unless stated otherwise.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
